Your Management Career Path at SIXT
You take on responsibility early in your 12-month program and:
- Support achievement of operational goals within the team
- Contribute to efficiency and shared success
- Gain insights into key business areas including:
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Fleet Management
- Performance Management
- Develop along clear learning and performance goals
From day one, you’ll work in operational business as a Sales Executive and receive training in:
- Communication
- Conflict resolution
- Sales techniques
- Problem-solving strategies

Collaborate closely with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.
Upon successful completion, you’ll transition into a leadership position—provided you’re willing to relocate anywhere within the United Kingdom. The role is business-driven, so placement depends on opportunity.
Required Skills
Growth Potential
- Degree/masters qualification completed (or equivalent alternative) in:
- Business or Business Management
- Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality, or Management
- Or relevant professional experience in a relevant field
Leadership & Entrepreneurial Mindset
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to work
- Proactive leadership—you take initiative rather than waiting for instruction
Soft Skills & Adaptability
- Exceptional communication in English (other languages are a bonus)
- Proactive attitude—self-motivated, able to solve problems independently, and take ownership
- Agile flexibility—better to relocate multiple times during the programme
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence and demonstrate:
- At least 1 year of driving experience
- 6 points or fewer
Relocation anywhere across the United Kingdom is an essential requirement for the graduation leadership position.

- Assessment Centre: Tuesday 25th August
- Programme start: Monday 5th October
Decision: Successful applicants guarantee a leadership position—but relocation is mandatory. Be prepared to move anywhere within the UK at any stage of the programme.
