Your Management Career Path at SIXT

As a Management Trainee, your journey ensures rapid growth and responsibilities from day one. Here’s what to expect:

What You’ll Gain

  • Early Responsibility – Contribute to team success, support operational goals, and drive efficiency.
  • Exposure to Key Business Areas – Get hands-on experience in sales, customer service, fleet management, and performance analytics, while growing along clear learning and performance goals.
  • Operational Immersion – From day one, you’ll work as a Sales Executive, assisting in daily business operations while receiving tailored training in:
    • Customer communication

    • Sales strategies
    • Problem-solving techniques
  • ** Leadership Mentorship** – Learn on the job through close collaboration with Branch Managers and Area Directors.

Commitment & Negotiation

  • Upon completion, you’ll graduate into a guaranteed leadership position.
  • This role is subject to business demand within the UK, meaning you must relocate if required. Be prepared for rotations across locations throughout the program—this is a core requirement of the initiative.

    • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Mobility Readiness
    • Valid driving licence with one-year+ experience driving, plus 6 or fewer points on your licence.

Important Notes

  • Assessment Centre: If you’re invited to join, you must be available on Tuesday, 25 August for the assessment phase.
  • Program Start: Commences on Monday, 5 October 2025.
  • Notes on Relocation:
    • A guaranteed leadership role is confirmed only upon successful completion. However, complying with relocation requests within the UK is mandatory for securing this placement.
