Your Management Career Path at SIXT
When You Join the Programme:
✅ Own responsibility from day one—support operational goals and contribute to team success. ✅ Gain insights into key areas: Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Analytics—while following clear training goals. ✅ Work on-the-ground from day one as a Sales Executive, covering all operational aspects. ✅ Develop critical skills: communication, conflict resolution, sales acumen, and problem-solving—supported by tailored training modules.
Who You’ll Work With:
🤝 Collaborate closely with Branch Managers and Area Directors, learning leadership firsthand.

Your Skills Matter
Core Criteria:
🎓 Degrees or Experience
- Degree in business, management, or related fields or
- Grade-level professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Hospitality, Tourism, or Management.
💪 Leadership Mindset & Initiative
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit—proven ability to take charge, solve problems without waiting for directions, and lead relationships.
🗣 Communication Excellence
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with a customer-facing personality.
- Extracurricular languages are a +.
🧩 Proactive & Agile
- Self-starter with a knack for problem-solving—you own outcomes and thrive in dynamic environments.
- Willing to rotate between locations and branches (including relocating within the UK for a business-critical role post-programme).
🚗 Mobility Readiness
- Valid driving licence with at least 1 year of experience.
- No more than 6 penalty points on your licence.
