Role Overview
As a Management Trainee, you will be an integral part of our Marketing & Communications team, supporting the development and execution of brand communication strategies for our D2C brand and B2B business. This role offers hands-on experience across various aspects of brand management, campaign development, and stakeholder communications.
You will work closely with senior team members, external agencies, and cross-functional teams to bring brand initiatives to life. This is a growth-oriented role designed for individuals who want to build a strong foundation in brand strategy and communications.
What You'll Be Doing
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Assist in developing brand communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights studies
- Support brand positioning and messaging development for various touchpoints
- Track brand performance metrics and prepare performance reports

Campaign Development & Execution
- Contribute to campaign ideation, conceptualization, and execution across channels
- Develop compelling content for brand campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral
- Coordinate with design teams, agencies, and vendors for campaign delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations
Public Relations & Communications
- Support PR activities including media relations, press release development, and event management
- Manage relationships with PR agencies and media partners
- Assist in crisis communication planning and reputation management initiatives
- Handle internal communications and employee engagement activities
Digital & Social Media
- Support social media strategy, content planning, and community management
- Create engaging content for digital platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat etc.)
- Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative engagement tactics
- Analyze digital metrics and provide insights for strategy refinement
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, HR) for integrated campaigns
- Interface with external partners, agencies, and vendors
- Present campaign ideas and progress updates to senior leadership
- Manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines
What We're Looking For
Educational Background
- Essential: Master Degree in Communication Management / Mass Communication
- Specialization: Brand Communication, Public Relations, Marketing Communications, or Media Management
- Preferred: Relevant internship experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or PR agencies

- Blog writing, content creation, or social media management experience
