About the Role
Are you a recent graduate looking to fast-track your career in business, leadership, and sales?
As a Graduate Management Trainee at Relay Direct, you’ll work with some of the UK’s most recognised brands, helping them connect with new customers. What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Engagement
- Represent top brands face-to-face through residential campaigns and events.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver value-driven interactions.
Driving Performance
- Promote products, generate leads, and close sales.
- Exceed targets with a performance-focused mindset.
Leadership Development
- Learn to coach, lead, and develop others as part of your progression into management.
- Leadership training to help you take on more responsibility early.
