Your Management Career Path at SIXT
What You’ll Experience:
- Early responsibility – Contribute to operational goals and team success
- Exposure to key business areas – Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management
- Clear learning & performance goals – Structured development path
- Hands-on operational work – From day one, including as a Sales Executive
- Mentorship & leadership training – Work closely with Branch Managers and Area Directors
- Post-programme graduation – A guaranteed leadership position upon successful completion (subject to relocation)

Relocation Requirement:
As management roles are business-driven, you must be willing to relocate anywhere within the United Kingdom.
Your Skills Matter
We’re looking for candidates with:
Essential Criteria:
✔ A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, management, or relevant professional experience in:
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Tourism
- Hospitality
- Management
✔ Leadership & entrepreneurial potential – Alert, hands-on, and proactive ❌ "Wait for direction" not in career profile
✔ Strong communication skills – English is a must; additional languages are a plus
✔ Problem-solving mindset – Think independently and take ownership of challenges
✔ Agile flexibility – Willing to rotate across different locations and branches during the programme
✔ Mobility readiness – ✅ Valid driver’s license ✅ At least 1 year of driving experience ✅ Six points or fewer on driving record
