This is an **exclusive 12-month Management Trainee Program designed to fast-track your career into a leadership role in one of the most innovative mobility companies globally. From day one, you’ll:

Program Structure
- Start as a Sales Executive, learning core operations.
- Train in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving.
- Work closely with Branch Managers and Area Directors to embrace leadership experiences.
Completion & Commitment
- Upon graduation, achieve a formal leading role (based on business needs).
- Relocation within the United Kingdom may be required to secure your position.
Key Skills & Requirements
What We’re Looking For
We seek proactive, energetic candidates with a clear focus on leadership. You should:
- Hold at least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, management, or a related field.
- Possess relevant experience in:
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Hospitality, Tourism, or Management
- Demonstrate:
- Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset – take initiative, don’t wait for guidance.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proactive problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
- Adaptability – be open to relocating within the UK throughout the programme.
- Mobility readiness:
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Provide at least one year of driving experience.
- Have six points or fewer on your driving record.

Guaranteed Leadership Position
Completion of the 1ST GEAR! program confirms placement into a UK-based leadership role. However:
- Relocation within the UK is a mandatory requirement to secure placement.
- Reflection on mobility preferences before applying is essential.
