Program Structure

  • Start as a Sales Executive, learning core operations.
  • Train in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving.
  • Work closely with Branch Managers and Area Directors to embrace leadership experiences.

Completion & Commitment

  • Upon graduation, achieve a formal leading role (based on business needs).
  • Relocation within the United Kingdom may be required to secure your position.

Key Skills & Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We seek proactive, energetic candidates with a clear focus on leadership. You should:

  • Hold at least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, management, or a related field.
  • Possess relevant experience in:
    • Sales
    • Customer Service
    • Hospitality, Tourism, or Management
  • Demonstrate:
    • Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset – take initiative, don’t wait for guidance.
    • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
    • Proactive problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
    • Adaptability – be open to relocating within the UK throughout the programme.
    • Mobility readiness:
      • Hold a valid driver’s license.
      • Provide at least one year of driving experience.
      • Have six points or fewer on your driving record.
