đŒWhat the role involves
- Gaining both theoretical knowledge and practical experience through active client campaigns, focusing on customer acquisition via face-to-face sales channels
- Developing essential professional skills, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership
- Supporting campaign planning, logistics, and KPI tracking to drive performance
- Progressing into leadership responsibilities, managing teams and improving results
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of new team members
