Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Southampton for a Management Trainee. The Management Trainee will assist with day-to-day business operations, participate in team leadership projects, and gain hands-on experience in key managerial functions. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with an aptitude for market research and strategy development
- Time management, organizational, and prioritization skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Leadership potential and a proactive approach to learning and personal growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Previous experience in a relevant internship or entry-level role is a plus
