Kickstart your logistics career with real-world experience in a dynamic, operational role. Mainfreight’s three-year supply chain traineeship offers you the chance to work on impactful projects while receiving structured training, mentoring, and leadership development.
You’ll rotate through two or three diverse roles, each with unique responsibilities and challenges—from driving a forklift and managing shipments to making sales calls, visiting customers, and even leading a team. Who We’re Looking For

- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Are eager to start a career in the global supply chain and logistics industry.
- Speak fluent English. Other language is a plus (Dutch, French, German, Romanian, Polish, Italian, or Spanish).
