Branch Manager – Luxury Travel
West Kirby | Full Time | Global Travel & Cruise

Global Travel & Cruise is seeking an exceptional Branch Manager to lead our flagship West Kirby store into an exciting new era.
We’re looking for someone with vision, energy and commercial drive—someone who thrives on building relationships, growing a loyal client base and becoming a recognised face within the local community.
This role offers the rare opportunity to work alongside the Directors to shape the future of one of the North West’s most respected independent luxury travel businesses.

The Opportunity
Our West Kirby branch has an established reputation, a fantastic location and an excellent platform for growth, but we believe its greatest potential is still ahead.
We’re looking for someone who wants to:
- Re-establish the branch as the area’s leading luxury travel agency.
- Grow and nurture a loyal client database.
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Become actively involved in the local community.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses, schools and organisations.
- Organise and host inspiring customer events, travel evenings and product launches.
- Work closely with the Directors on marketing initiatives, business development and future strategy.
- Lead, motivate and inspire the branch team.
- Drive commercial performance while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm and ambition to help shape the future of the business.

About You
You’ll be an experienced travel professional with a genuine passion for luxury travel and outstanding customer service.
You’ll understand that success comes from developing relationships, not simply processing bookings. You’ll be passionate about client retention, proactive in generating new business, and excited by the opportunity to become a recognised and trusted face within the local community.
You’ll have:
- Previous retail travel management or senior travel sales experience.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.
- Outstanding leadership and people management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for luxury, tailor-made and experiential travel.
- The drive, ambition and vision to take a successful business to the next level.
