Manager – Functional Consulting & Enterprise Transformation

Location: London-based (Hybrid)
Type: Permanent / Full Time

Our client is a specialist consultancy helping organisations transform business operations through ServiceNow, AI and enterprise-wide change.

Role Overview

You'll lead the functional workstream across transformation engagements, partnering with business stakeholders to define future-state processes, facilitate workshops and ensure ServiceNow solutions align with business objectives.
