Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
University degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance and professional qualifications (CECCAR, CCF, and ACCA - completed or in progress).
- 5 years experience mandatory in accounting consulting companies, leading a team and managing a multitude of projects. Working experience with accounting ERPs, such as Microsoft Nav, SAP, etc., as well as knowledge of automation & digitization in a professional services environment. Technology-oriented and innovation promoter; Excellent project management skills, team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills in all aspects of assigned project areas.
Your future role
- Manage the delivery of accounting and reporting projects;
- Act as first point contact for a large number of multinational clients and being responsible for maintaining an excellent professional relationship.
- Assist in technology development and implementations, including selection of software packages, assessments of processes and data flows, tax systems implementation and configuration and digital transformation and accounting-related data analytics.
- Play an active role in the business development process including developing relationships, generating leads, and qualifying opportunities.
- Assist with targeting and marketing solutions, spotting opportunities.
- Embrace new technologies to deliver quality outputs as efficiently as possible.
- Coach the team and encourage them to take ownership of their development.
- Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to make an impact that matter.
