Description We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our growing team in Bingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to take ownership of a diverse audit portfolio, lead high‑performing teams, and play a key role in developing client relationships and the wider audit practice.

Key Responsibilities As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulatory and internal quality requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors
Planning, leading and reviewing audit assignments
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
Coaching, mentoring and developing audit staff at all levels
Reviewing financial statements and audit files to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
Supporting Partners with cross‑selling opportunities, tenders and service development
Contributing to process improvements and audit quality initiatives
Key Requirements ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified
Strong background in audit within a professional practice environment
