THE TEAM
You will be part of the Global Brand team, reporting to the Art Director, Global. This team is responsible for shaping and elevating Rosewood’s brand identity across all touchpoints, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and properties worldwide to deliver impactful creative outputs.
YOUR ROLE
As Manager, Brand Design, Global, you will lead the development of creative concepts that bring Rosewood’s luxury lifestyle positioning to life. You will manage projects from concept through to production, partnering with teams across the business to define direction and deliver visually compelling work across digital, print, and brand activations.
You will act as a guardian of the brand, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution, while evolving brand guidelines and supporting the wider organization in expressing Rosewood’s vision, culture, and storytelling. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to strengthening creative capabilities within the team.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Lead end-to-end creative development across medium to large-scale projects, from concept to final delivery
- Uphold and evolve Rosewood’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistent implementation across global teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and properties to deliver creative solutions across all touchpoints
- Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to maintain strong brand storytelling and design quality
- Oversee design workflows, including asset management, content systems, and brand libraries
- Mentor and support junior team members to elevate creative output and maintain high standards
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- You bring a strong creative perspective with experience delivering high-quality design across multiple channels
- You have a well-developed portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, design, and storytelling
- You are confident working across digital and print production, with strong knowledge of industry tools and platforms (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, presentation tools)
- You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects effectively
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance creativity with operational execution
- You communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, with an understanding of luxury sectors such as hospitality, fashion, or lifestyle brands
