Brand & Channels Manager (Brand Manager) – UK

About the Role

This role is at the heart of delivering our purpose and enabling our strategy, leading the development of our brand, protecting our reputation, governance, and engagement activities across the UK.

  • Reporting into the Brand Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our brand activities support our strategic aspiration: becoming one of the world’s most responsible and respected organisations, under the collective positioning—"Together Makes Progress".
  • Deloitte has evolved from an audit-focused brand to one of the most valuable commercial services brands, excelling in revenue, profitability, and global recognition.
  • Your team sits within Brand & Channels, collaborating with content creators, sponsorship experts, creatives, and channel marketing specialists to bring the brand to life across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy, Governance, and Engagement

  • Support the global Deloitte brand positioning—"Together Makes Progress"—aligning campaigns, products, and initiatives.
  • Advise professionals at all levels on applying guidelines—translating complex brand principles into practical, creative execution.
  • Develop best practice standards for on-brand storytelling in designer briefs, marketing projects, and client-facing content.

2. Project Management & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Deliver strategic projects autonomously, driving measurable results—from client experience enhancements to talent brand innovation.
  • Work with stakeholders across marketing, business units, and agencies to align messaging with Deloitte’s core values.

3. Strategic Brand Engagement

  • Embed the "Together Makes Progress" narrative in campaigns, product positioning, and strategic relationships (third parties, media).
  • Build brand ownership among clients and employees, fostering trust and advocacy through training and community engagement.

4. Brand Governance

  • Oversee UK-wide brand identity and master brand compliance, ensuring visual harmony across all materials.
  • Manage digital tools and resources to empower teams to utilize our brand competently.

5. Content & Asset Leadership

  • Collaborate with designers and agencies to review and approve assets—ensuring creative integrity and brand consistency.

Skills & Professional Requirements

Key Experience

  • Proven track record in brand management—demonstrable expertise in strategy, governance, and collaborative execution.
  • Professional services background is ideal but not mandatory.
  • Revel in cross-disciplinary partnerships, blending creativity with tactical execution.
