Manager, Brand & Portfolio Management (Maternity Cover 12 months)

Job Title: Senior Brand & Portfolio Manager (or equivalent role title, if not specified)


About the Role

Join Mondelēz International in leading the future of Snacking through a consumer-centric portfolio strategy aligned with our brand vision. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to drive sustainable growth, manage profit and loss (P&L), and develop business plans, including new product development and platform opportunities.


Main Responsibilities

  • Implement a portfolio strategy that supports long-term brand growth while aligning with business objectives.
  • Develop annual brand plans, setting clear objectives and resource allocations to maximise market potential.
  • Provide data-driven insights to guide integrated commercial planning, including revenue and profit forecasting.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that deliver against financial targets and Brand objectives.
  • Design and implement integrated marketing communications and 360° campaigns grounded in deep consumer insights and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape brand portfolio growth priorities.
  • Balance analytics and creativity to align strategy with commercial performance and brand equity.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A proven ability to drive growth and accelerate your career in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive experience in consumer goods, particularly in a matrix organisational structure.
  • Expertise in consumer behavior and experience design, ensuring seamless journeys for target audiences.
  • An understanding of managing business goals beyond brand equity and budget constraints.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, blending commercial acumen with creative thinking.
  • Ability to lead, influence, and mentor teams across diverse functional areas.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level presentations in both written and verbal formats.
  • Preference (but not required) for experience working across diverse economic markets.
