Business Development Manager
A leading professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the growth of its corporate practice. This strategic role combines business development, client relationship management, market analysis, and proposal leadership to drive revenue growth and strengthen market presence.
Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop client engagement strategies, and support the delivery of high-quality business development initiatives. The role requires a commercially minded professional who can translate market insights into actionable growth opportunities while building strong internal and external relationships.

The Business Development Manager will also take ownership of proposal development, ensuring client submissions are compelling, tailored, and aligned with strategic objectives. A strong understanding of professional services, stakeholder engagement, and business development best practices is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to support revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Lead the preparation and coordination of proposals, pitches, and client presentations.
- Support targeted marketing and client engagement initiatives.
- Monitor business development performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent delivery of business development objectives.
