About The Opportunity
As a Campaign Manager, you will be pivotal in the success of our influencer and social marketing campaigns. You will manage the end-to-end execution, from conceptualisation to delivery, ensuring each project meets its objectives and achieves outstanding results for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans tailored to client objectives.
- Identify and select suitable influencers, balancing brand alignment and audience reach.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of influencers.
- Negotiate and secure influencer partnerships, including compensation, deliverables, and contractual agreements.
- Provide influencers with clear guidelines and creative briefs for campaign content.
- Review and approve influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Coordinate content approvals with clients and incorporate necessary revisions.
- Develop and manage project timelines to meet all campaign milestones.
- Oversee budgets and expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
Skills And Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in planning and executing influencer campaigns.
- Proven ability to delegate and prioritise a dynamic workload.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining clarity and calm.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media metrics (e.g., impressions, reach, engagements).
