As a Manager Change Management Consultant, you will play a leading role in helping our clients navigate the people and process change associated with technology and operating model transformation. You will guide clients through their change journey—defining strategy, leading stakeholder engagement, and embedding new ways of working to ensure transformation success.

About the Role
You will support our clients by:
- Using Veran’s change toolkit - based on Prosci’s Change Methodology e.g. ADKAR - to manage organisations through each stage of their transformation, from planning through to delivery and optimisation
- Managing all aspects of organisational change from changes in culture, organisational structures/processes and the adoption of new tools and technology
- Leading the planning of the change workstream, aligning with programme objectives, statements of work, and client transformation goals.
- Leading the development of change strategies and approaches, tailored to the client and their transformation goals
- Overseeing the delivery of change activities, ensuring consistency and quality and stakeholder engagement
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to drive strategic clarity and consistency across transformation efforts
- Ensuring the desired benefits of change are clearly defined, measurable, and embedded through change action planning, communications, and training
- Facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and meetings, ensuring outcomes are clear, actions are tracked, and decisions are made
- Managing change governance structures, ensuring risks, decision and progress are tracked and communicated effectively
- Acting as the first point of escalation for client-side challenges, navigating sensitive situations with confidence and professionalism
- Coaching leaders and managers to embed change management practices and serve as role models for desired cultural shifts
- Collaborating closely with Veran colleagues to ensure successful outcomes for both the client and our team

You will support Veran and our change community by:
- Managing others with transparency and integrity, creating a culture of trust and accountability
- Supporting the development of team members through coaching, feedback, and performance conversations
- Contributing to resource planning, team development, and internal capability building across the change community
- Collaborating across Veran communities to support broader delivery needs and cross-community initiatives
- Supporting the growth of the Veran brand through collaboration, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing
About You
Whether gained in-house or through client-facing roles, you’ve successfully led large scale change initiatives and understand what it takes to successfully embed change in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- You are familiar with Prosci or other structured change methodologies
- You bring an understanding of HR and Finance functions
- You are confident managing senior client relationships and acting as a trusted escalation point
- You have a strategic mindset with the ability to balance detail and big-picture thinking
- You have a collaborative and transparent leadership style that builds trust
- You simplify complexity, tell compelling stories and inspire action
- You can tailor your message to different audiences, including senior stakeholders, both in writing and in person.
- You’re comfortable working at speed, managing multiple priorities and teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- You have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and lead resolutions
- You seek out opportunities to learn, apply new insights and support others to do the same
