Manager - Change Management
Salary Range: £75,000–£90,000 + Performance Bonus + Benefits
Location / Working Model: London | Hybrid Working
We are working with a high-growth consulting business that partners with organisations undergoing significant transformation across technology, digital change, data strategy and operating model evolution. As demand continues to increase, our client is investing further in its people and change capability, creating an opportunity for an experienced Change Management Manager to join at a key stage of growth. This is a role where you will influence major programmes, shape outcomes and help organisations successfully embed meaningful change that delivers long-term value.
The Change Management Manager will lead complex transformation initiatives, ensuring people, processes and business objectives remain aligned throughout change journeys. You will operate as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate uncertainty while ensuring change is practical, measurable and fully integrated into wider programme delivery.

Role Highlights:
- Lead large-scale transformation and change initiatives from strategy through to delivery
- Design and implement approaches across engagement, communication and behavioural change
- Work alongside digital, technology and operational specialists to embed sustainable outcomes
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across client environments
- Support growth opportunities through proposals, bids and client relationship development
You Will Need:
- Approximately 6–10 years of management consulting experience
- Strong background in change management and people-led transformation
- Experience delivering digital, technology, operating model or data-focused programmes
- Proven capability leading and developing consulting teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders confidently
