Manager, Client Partners

Sales Manager – Industry Sales (EMEA) at Unity

About the Role

Unity is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage Industry sales across the EMEA region. You will lead an Enterprise sales team, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and drive revenue growth for Unity's Real-Time 3D Platform and Asset Management suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Implement and execute a comprehensive sales growth strategy for Unity’s Industry EMEA markets.
    • Align initiatives with Unity’s evolution and market demands.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead 4-5 Senior Sales Executives to meet forecasted goals and Go-To-Market commitments.
    • Build trust-based relationships with customer executives and decision-makers to drive deals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and internal teams to shape complex Enterprise deals.
    • Ensure alignment across stakeholders to optimize revenue impact and business outcomes.
  • Customer Engagement:

    • Support Enterprise teams by uplifting client relationships to increase deals sizes and maximize value exchange.
  • Market Insights & Influence:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, translating market feedback to influence products, offerings, and roadmaps.
  • Complex Deal Management:

    • Navigate multi-layered contract negotiations, structuring deals for ecosystems, ISVs, and Service Partners.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in SaaS, Platform or Cloud Technology sales (enterprise focus).
  • Hands-on experience negotiating and closing $1M+ deals.
  • Track record of leads and deal winners with repeatable methodologies.
  • Experience shaping regional or global go-to-market strategies.
  • Expertise collaborating with Channels, ISVs, and System Integrators (preferred).
  • Strong presence for Regional Contribution to P&L.
  • Industry context aligned with Real-Time 3D, Asset Management, or Data Visualization (bonus).
