Manager, Compliance Execution Team (EMEA) – Training & Communications

This role is dedicated to overseeing Health Care compliance training programs and communications within the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region. Your responsibility will be to design, govern, and continuously improve training initiatives while aligning them with regulatory expectations. By partnering with Health Care Compliance, Legal, and business leaders, you’ll champion ethical decision-making and accountability, nurturing a culture rooted in integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Development & Administration of Compliance Training
- Design and refine regional compliance training strategies, curricula, and delivery models.
- Policies & Stakeholder Alignment
- Collaborate with Health Care Compliance, Legal, and business teams to integrate evolving regulations into training programs.
- Clear and Effective Communication
- Develop influential compliance communications that reinforce expectations and enhance regional visibility.
- Metrics & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate training impact through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, driving iterative enhancements.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise maturation of compliance training teams or matrixed resources, fostering high performance and sustainable engagement.
- Change Management & Policy Updates
- Oversee communications and planning for new or revised compliance standards.
- Catastrophic Scenario Preparedness
- Assist in audits, inspections, and internal evaluations to meet compliance policy requirements.
- Leadership Reporting
- Present critical compliance insights, risks, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements & Experience
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Compliance, or related fields; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
- Minimum tenure: 5 years of hands-on experience in compliance, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, third-party risk, or associated fields.
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Profound understanding of anti-corruption frameworks, Health Care compliance (regulatory), third-party risk management.
- Demonstrated capability to drive operational teams in dynamic environments.
- Analytical acumen to assess risk factors and formulate risk-based decisions.
- Exceptional communication to influence stakeholders and facilitate cross-cultural engagement.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in local markets (German, French, Spanish, etc. preferred).

Candidate Base Pay Range & Locations
Position is available across the J&J Flex network (Germany, Belgium, UK, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, France, Czechia, Sweden). Pay range: €79,800 – €137,770 (bruto annum).
