Manager, Haleon Brand

The Manager, Haleon Brand supports the development and execution of the Haleon brand globally in pursuit of building our internal and external Haleon corporate brand reputation. This includes working on the reputation strategy, campaign and toolkit generation, brand visualization and hero content development.

Sitting within Corporate Affairs and reporting to the Global Head, Corporate and Employer Brand this role focusses on translating the corporate brand strategy into outputs including content, digital assets and materials, templates and tools. This role requires an individual to work in close collaboration with the full Global Communications team, Government Affairs, Expert Marketing and the broader Haleon Marketing community.

The output of this role is highly visible both internally and externally and as such the incumbent needs to demonstrate the ability to hold themselves and others accountable and to build credibility with a large range of external agencies and internal stakeholders who are pivotal to their success.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Feeding into creation of the strategic vision and plan for Haleon as a company and a brand
  • Creating and executing integrated marketing and/ or communication campaigns that build the reputation of the business and the corporate brand
  • Providing input into the design of templates that allow for consistent delivery of the Haleon brand globally and cross-functionally
  • Working with the wider Global and Local Marketing teams to assess where the Haleon brand can connect initiatives to drive scale or further promote the company reputation
  • Partnering with External and Internal Communications on the creation and ongoing evolution of the Haleon company messaging and assets.
  • Acting as a “brand guardian”, engaging with stakeholders to ensure brand identity compliance and a consistent high degree of quality asset production.
  • Supporting with the ongoing management, development, and implementation of the company’s global visual identity to ensure it remains fit for purpose, is representative of the business and can be used across all channels
  • Implementing content testing and measurement approaches to ensure audience impact
  • Inspiring the wider Marketing and Communications organisations around the opportunity presented by the Haleon brand.
  • Tracking and monitoring of the Corporate Brand key metrics (Reputation, Mentions, Sentiment and LLM monitoring)
