As an independent member of Crowe Global, one of the top 10 accounting networks worldwide, we have access to over 46,000 professionals across 150+ countries and more than 800 offices globally.

Our vision is to be a leader in our chosen markets, creating lasting value for our clients and our people and being a trusted partner in their success.

We are dedicated to driving client success, empowering our people, embracing sustainability, delivering technological change and acting in the public interest.

Crowe's national tax team comprises approximately 260 professionals across a broad range of tax specialisms. As a leading mid-tier firm, we provide our people with the opportunity to develop deep technical expertise whilst working closely with colleagues across the wider business.

The Opportunity

Crowe has recently invested significantly in the development of its transfer pricing offering through the recruitment of specialist transfer pricing leadership. As our transfer pricing practice continues to grow, we are seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join our Midlands team and play a key role in building and developing a nationally recognised service line.

Working closely with our Transfer Pricing Director and Senior Manager, you will support a broad range of transfer pricing advisory and compliance assignments while helping to build the foundations of a growing national team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join at an early stage of the team's development and contribute directly to its growth strategy.

The successful candidate will work with clients ranging from owner-managed businesses to large UK and international groups, while collaborating with colleagues across tax, audit, advisory and corporate finance teams. The role offers significant exposure to both UK and international transfer pricing matters and provides opportunities to work closely with transfer pricing specialists throughout the Crowe Global network.

The Role

The Scope Of The Role Is Expected To Include

  • Supporting the continued development and growth of Crowe UK's transfer pricing offering.
  • Managing transfer pricing advisory and compliance projects for a broad client base.
  • Assisting clients with transfer pricing policies, methodologies and documentation requirements, including local files and master files.
  • Supporting clients in reviewing and updating transfer pricing processes in response to evolving HMRC requirements and international developments.
  • Preparing and reviewing transfer pricing analyses, benchmarking studies and documentation.
  • Supporting transfer pricing aspects of transactions, due diligence assignments and corporate reorganisations.
  • Assisting with transfer pricing reviews as part of audit engagements for larger corporate clients.
  • Working alongside Crowe Global member firms on cross-border assignments.
  • Contributing to the development of internal systems, processes and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Supporting business development activities, including marketing initiatives, technical presentations and proposal work.
  • Helping to identify opportunities to take additional services to clients through collaboration with colleagues across the wider firm.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
