The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated professional with excellent problem-solving skills, who works independently, and is curious and detail-oriented to join our award-winning Advance Digital team as a Digital Services Manager in London. This is a varied, hands-on fee-earning role in which you will design and drive new and innovative AI and technology-enabled solutions, rather than working in a support function.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include
- End-to-end client matter delivery, including scoping and requirement gathering, pricing of solutions and services, ongoing project management and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Presenting our AI and Digital Services capabilities internally and externally.
- Assisting with the management of the Advance Digital technology "toolkit", including benchmarking of software and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and processes.
- Working alongside internal stakeholders to create proposals to clients for digital solutions and leading on the drafting of business development documentation and presentations.
- Using low-code and no-code tools to design, configure and/or develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts, and overseeing the build and maintenance of digital solutions.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in our London office with hybrid working.

About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Expert knowledge and hands-on experience developing with document automation, databases, AI document review, collaboration and workflow platforms for legal and business use cases.
- Training and experience using Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform (including PowerBI, Power Automate and Power Apps) or similar software, along with advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including building macros, pivot tables, and formulas.
- Experience in business analysis (BA) and/or project management methodologies.
- Experience with a range of legal technology platforms, such as Harvey, Legora, Leah, HighQ Collaborate, Contract Express, Kira, Intralinks, Avvoka, Ansarada, Atticus and RelativityOne.
- Education, training and/or relevant experience within AI, Legal Technology, Data Science, Law, Business Management/Commerce or Finance, with prior experience or exposure to legal or other professional services delivery preferred.
