Your next role in Digital Advisory focuses on delivering strategy-led digital, data, and organisational transformation, helping clients enhance operational performance and achieve financial, environmental, and social outcomes across people, planet, and places.
Our projects range from pioneering smart city technologies to net-zero campus strategies, from football club revenue enhancements to secure data management solutions. Each project requires engineering and real-world asset expertise, combining technology with the triple-bottom-line approach that sets us apart.
The Strategy & Transformation team works across digital strategy, operational capability design, and data-driven decision-making, collaborating with systems, solutions, and analytics specialists globally. Building on our success—including the UK team tripling in size over the last two years—we’re seeking a Manager to expand our project leadership capacity, particularly in smart and connected urban development and decarbonisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage workstreams on digital strategies, digital transformation, and client-driven outcomes for some of the world’s most iconic projects—owning client relationships, team performance, and wellbeing.
- Develop and deliver client-aligned workstreams per proposal agreements.
- Support and mentor project and workstream teams to meet objectives.
- Grow business development for digital/ead data transformation projects by expanding on existing client engagements.
- Drive continuous improvement—evaluating methodologies, tools, templates, and training.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth.
- Act as the first line of assurance for project deliverables.
Essential & Desirable Qualifications
We need:
✔ Experience in digital strategy, transformation, or system integration within smart places and the built environment.
✔ Proven leadership in management consulting contexts, with strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
✔ Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities—structuring complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations.
✔ Enthusiasm for technology in urban environments, with expertise ranging from real estate/energy utilities to smart cities, mobility, or sport venues.
✔ Commercial mindsets—valuable experience in business cases, value definitions, and securing client outcomes.
✔ Bid-writing experience—ability to engage with both private-sector clients and public sector clients.
