As a key member of the management team, you’ll also drive business growth, manage a portfolio of valued clients, and work closely with Partners and Senior Managers to deliver high‑quality service across the firm. Your ability to spot opportunities, build connections, and represent the firm externally will help shape our future and deepen our impact in the local community.

What you’ll lead and shape

  • People development: coaching, mentoring, performance reviews, and building capability across the team
  • Client portfolio management: nurturing strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Business development: identifying opportunities, supporting tender proposals, and representing the firm externally
  • Team leadership: motivating others, supporting recruitment, and shaping internal training
  • Strategic delivery: working with Partners and Senior Managers to drive the firm’s long‑term aims
