Manager - Financial Analysis & Management Information

Manager – Financial Analysis & MI

Maternity Cover – up to 18 months
Global Multi-Asset Investment Manager
London

Background

A global multi-asset investment manager is looking for a manager to lead its Financial Analysis and MI function on a maternity contract.

This is a business with industry prowess, a fantastic brand, an even better culture, and a superb track record of growth and success in their story to date.

They also possess real ambition around AI adoption and the investment to back it, and they want someone who can walk in and push that agenda forward rather than just maintain what's already there.

The role sits fully internally, covering everything from month-end close and core accounting through to detailed management information, budget review, and performance analysis. You'll business partner senior stakeholders across the investment teams, taking full P&L ownership aligned to one or more core business units.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Confidence with complex financial concepts and high volumes of investment data
