About the Role: Sitecore is seeking a Manager, Global Collections to lead our collections team. Global Collections focuses on Sitecore’s most important asset – its cash - ensuring that we collect what our customers owe in a collaborative, professional, but firm manner. What You’ll Do: Manage and develop a global team of collectors based in the USA, Europe and Asia Own the performance of the team and continually assess it using a range of metrics, analysing and recommending improvements Build relationships with other areas of the business (billings, sales, tax, legal, order operations) to improve collections efficiency and effectiveness Develop a strategy for how the team operates as AI becomes more prevalent What You Need to Succeed: A strong sense of personal ownership of the team’s performance 5-10 years collections management experience in a global organisation Experience managing and developing a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills An ability to dive into complexity, simplify and drive through to a positive conclusion for the company An aptitude for working with relevant data and tools Equal Opportunities at Sitecore Sitecore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
