From independent properties to hotel groups, we help hoteliers transform operations and uplevel their commercial strategy through a unified platform that integrates with hundreds of partners. And we do it with a completely remote team. Imagine working alongside global innovators to build AI-powered solutions that solve hoteliers' biggest challenges. Since our founding in 2012, we've become the World's Best Hotel PMS Solutions Provider and landed on Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 again in 2024 – but we're just getting started.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

As the Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for defining and executing Cloudbeds’ global talent acquisition strategy while elevating the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of hiring across the organization. This is far more than a traditional recruiting leadership role.

  • Strategic Partner to Executive Leadership: Help shape workforce planning decisions, hiring strategies, talent market positioning, executive recruiting initiatives, hiring governance, and recruiting operations.
  • Leadership of a Globally Distributed Team: Partner closely with leaders across Customer Success, Onboarding, GTM, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Staff & Corporate functions.
  • Impact on Cloudbeds’ Growth: Directly impact Cloudbeds’ ability to attract exceptional talent, improve quality of hire, strengthen leadership pipelines, and support the company’s next phase of growth.
  • Global Responsibilities: Drive recruiting analytics, workforce planning initiatives, hiring process optimization, executive recruiting programs, and talent intelligence efforts globally. Leverage data and market insights to influence hiring decisions, identify opportunities, and support organizational growth.

Given the strategic nature of the role, this position requires strong business acumen, executive presence, operational excellence, and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Our People Team:

We’re a globally distributed, multicultural People Team spanning NORAM, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, and that global footprint isn’t just a fact; it’s a strength we fully embrace.

  • Diverse Perspectives: Our team brings together a diverse mix of perspectives, experiences, and expertise that help us build thoughtful, scalable, and people-centered solutions across the organization.
  • Strategic Business Partners: We partner closely with leaders at every level to help Cloudbeds grow intentionally, build strong teams, strengthen leadership capability, and create exceptional team member experiences.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: We believe the People Team should be strategic business partners, not simply administrators. We use data, business insight, operational excellence, and strong relationships to influence decisions and drive outcomes.

The Manager, Global Talent Acquisition reports to the Global Director of People and plays a critical leadership role within the People organization, helping shape the future of hiring at Cloudbeds.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Develop, execute, and continuously evolve Cloudbeds’ global Talent Acquisition strategy in alignment with business priorities and long-term organizational growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership to anticipate future hiring needs and translate business objectives into scalable talent acquisition strategies.
  • Build recruiting programs that enable sustainable growth while maintaining a strong focus on hiring quality, speed, and consistency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
