Job Purpose
To manage the day-to-day delivery and coordination of Higher Education partnerships across the UK and Europe within the Global Recruitment Team (GRT), reporting to the Director- Higher Education Partnerships, UK/Europe (GRT).
The role works closely with the Associate Director- Higher Education Partnerships, UK/Europe (GRT) to ensure partnership priorities, recruitment actions, stakeholder follow-up and operational issues are progressed effectively across Oxford International, university partners and global recruitment channels.
The Manager will support effective partnership management by maintaining strong working relationships with university stakeholders, College Directors, Regional Directors and central teams, ensuring clear communication, accurate updates and timely resolution of issues that may affect recruitment performance or partner confidence.
The role focuses on enabling recruitment performance, strengthening partnership delivery and ensuring cross-functional actions are tracked through to completion across admissions, compliance, marketing, recruitment and operational teams.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day partnership coordination for allocated UK and Europe Higher Education partnerships, ensuring agreed actions and priorities are progressed effectively.
- Report to the Director- Higher Education Partnerships, UK/Europe (GRT), providing clear updates on partnership activity, recruitment performance, risks, opportunities and escalations.
- Work in collaboration with the Associate Director- Higher Education Partnerships, UK/Europe (GRT) to support partnership planning, action tracking, stakeholder engagement and delivery of agreed recruitment priorities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with university partners, College Directors, Regional Directors, admissions, compliance, marketing and central Oxford International teams.
- Coordinate partnership meetings, prepare agendas and updates, capture actions and ensure follow-up is completed within agreed timelines.
- Monitor recruitment performance, application pipelines and conversion activity across allocated partnerships, highlighting risks and recommending practical actions.
- Support delivery of recruitment and net revenue targets by ensuring partner requirements, market needs and recruitment priorities are clearly understood and acted upon.
- Ensure global recruitment teams have accurate and timely information on course/product positioning, entry requirements, admissions processes, scholarships, deadlines and key partnership updates.
- Coordinate with admissions, compliance, marketing and recruitment teams to resolve operational barriers that may affect student conversion, partner experience or recruitment outcomes.
- Act as a first point of coordination for routine partnership matters, escalating complex, sensitive or high-risk issues to the Director or Associate Director where required.
- Support a balanced approach to recruitment performance, compliance and risk, including BCA-related considerations and UKVI expectations where relevant.
- Prepare concise partner reports, briefing notes, meeting packs, action trackers and performance summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support alignment between marketing activity and partnership recruitment priorities, including campaign follow-up, market feedback, lead generation and conversion-focused activity.
- Identify and implement practical process improvements that strengthen partnership management, speed of response, action ownership and cross-team communication.
- Represent partnership updates, operational issues and recruitment priorities in internal meetings as required.

General Responsibilities
- Contribute to a high-performance, commercially focused culture that supports global recruitment and partnership outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of partner actions, risks, decisions, meeting notes and follow-up activity.
- Adhere to organisational policies, including budget management and financial control where relevant.
- Support a balanced compliance framework (incl. BCA) that protects partner requirements without unnecessarily restricting recruitment volume.
- Work collaboratively across Oxford International and university counterparts to enable effective, joined-up partnership delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of partner priorities, market conditions, competitor activity and sector developments affecting international student recruitment.

Person Specifications
Statutory requirements
- Eligibility to live, work and travel freely in the designated region
- Undergo an Enhanced DBS disclosure check or overseas equivalent
Qualifications
- Degree or other qualifications in a business or marketing – related subject (Desirable)
Experience and knowledge
- Experience of managing or coordinating university partnerships, international student recruitment, account management or stakeholder-facing projects.
- Experience working with university partners, agents, recruitment teams or cross-functional internal teams to progress agreed actions.
- Good understanding of UK Higher Education and the international student recruitment journey.
- Experience monitoring recruitment pipelines, preparing updates and supporting conversion-focused activity.
- Experience maintaining action trackers, meeting notes, reports or performance summaries for senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of UK visa, admissions and compliance considerations relevant to international student recruitment. (Desirable)
- Understanding of BCA metrics and the importance of balancing compliance, partner requirements and recruitment performance. (Desirable)
- Experience working across a matrix structure involving recruitment, admissions, compliance, marketing and operations. (Desirable)
- Experience supporting university partnership reviews, board papers or senior stakeholder meetings. (Desirable)

- Excellent command of English language.
