Manager – Housing Consulting
Public & Health Services | UK
Salary: £80,000–£100,000 per annum
Location: London (Hybrid)
A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Manager to join its growing Public Services Consulting team, delivering business and technology transformation across the housing sector.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine your housing sector expertise with consulting, working on high-impact programmes that improve services, modernise operations, and enable digital transformation for housing organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consulting engagements across the housing sector, delivering strategic and operational transformation programmes.
- Advise clients on business strategy, organisational design, operational improvement, and change management.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including CRM and customer service technology implementations.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development activities and help shape the growth of the Housing Consulting practice.
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior consultants.

Key Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience within the housing sector, either in consulting or an in-house leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of social housing operations, including tenant services, repairs and maintenance, tenancy management, and the regulatory environment.
- Proven experience delivering transformation and operational improvement programmes.
- Experience in organisational design, change management, and digital transformation.
- Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics (desirable).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading teams and developing colleagues.
- A commercial mindset with an interest in business development and practice growth.
