Manager - HR Business Partner – Operations and Supply Chain (m/f)

Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment? We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Operations and Supply Chain functions across two UK locations acting as the day to day HR lead and member of the Site Leadership Team at one site, and providing strategic oversight to a second site through a direct HRBP report partnering with leaders to drive people strategies, organizational effectiveness, and business performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leaders across 2 sites (Haddenham, UK and Peterborough, UK) to align HR strategies with functional goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, employee development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Coach and support managers in building high-performing teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Manage and coach a two-person team.
- Lead and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives across supported business areas.
- Drive organizational change, HR process improvements, and transformation projects from concept through execution.
- Support organizational design and restructuring initiatives while ensuring consistency and compliance across the business.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong and proven HR experience, which included partnering with business leaders and senior management.
- Experience working in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Operations environment.
- Experience working in an FMCG environment is a big advantage.
- Previous direct or indirect leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of core HR disciplines, including talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed, and global organizations.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
- High level of business acumen, professionalism, and customer focus.
- Ability to occasionally travel between 2 McCormick sites; in Haddenham and Peterborough.
