Dominos is currently recruiting for Manager In Training (MIT) positions within Leicestershire Area covering Dominos stores in Swadlincote, Ashby and Coalville. The Manager In Training role is a fast paced, hands-on, career progression programme that helps you gain quick, valuable and effective knowledge to lead you towards being a Domino’s Manager in 12-18 months. If you can manage quality, manage speed and manage people; you will be able to produce great results. A Manager-in-Training role with Domino’s Pizza is rewarding and involves working flexible hours in a fun, team environment. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will receive training and development in all areas of store operations, learning about the daily aspects of running a Domino’s store efficiently and profitably. You will also learn how to lead, coach and inspire all team members to ensure they provide total customer satisfaction and a great product at all times. It’s the perfect way to launch your career in Domino’s.
