Location
You’ll be joining our Stockport Head office, a vibrant hub featuring 18 showrooms, a dedicated Conference Centre and a staff Wellness Hub. You’ll have access to a state-of-the-art gym equipped with Peloton bikes and every piece of kit you could imagine. Plus, an indoor astroturf pitch, a padel court, chat boxes and inspiring creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over 350 adidas employees, working across, Brand Marketing, Commercial and Business support functions.
What You’ll Do
The difference you will make:
As Manager Internal Communications, you'll play a key role in connecting our people to our brand, strategy and business priorities across the UK, Nordics and Benelux. Through impactful storytelling, employee engagement and strategic communications, you'll help colleagues understand not only what we're doing, but why it matters.
Working closely with senior leaders across North Europe, you'll shape and deliver communication strategies that inform, inspire and drive action. You'll have the freedom to take ownership, make decisions and bring fresh ideas to life—creating engaging communications, events and experiences that strengthen culture, support business priorities and enhance the employee experience.
Success in this role means building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, transforming complex topics into compelling stories and delivering communications that have a meaningful impact across the organisation.

A Day In The Life
- Develop and deliver internal communication and employee engagement plans that support business priorities across North Europe.
- Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to create compelling communications, providing expert guidance on change, transformation and people-focused initiatives.
- Create engaging content across multiple channels, including emails, presentations, videos and internal social platforms.
- Lead and support the planning and delivery of town halls, leadership forums, engagement events and activations, ensuring a high-quality employee experience.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, measuring communication effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement and exploring new technologies, including AI, to enhance engagement and impact.

- A strong passion for our brand and products is essential.
- Experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement or a related field.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging and impactful content.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders, providing trusted advice and delivering communication strategies that drive understanding and action.
- A proactive and self-sufficient approach, with the confidence to take ownership, make decisions and bring new ideas forward.
- Strong project management skills, with experience delivering multiple priorities, events, campaigns or engagement initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and commercial awareness, with an appreciation for how communications can help bring a global brand to life and connect employees to its purpose and culture.
