In this role, you'll help organisations around the world improve aviation safety, security, sustainability, and regulatory performance by bringing CAAi's expertise, products, and services to the customers who need them most.

The Role

As Manager – International Marketing & Communications, you will lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing programmes that support CAAi's product development, commercial objectives, and global reputation as a trusted aviation consultancy and training provider.

Working closely with Product Development, Business Development, technical experts, and senior stakeholders, you will develop and execute insight-led product marketing strategies that strengthen market presence, generate demand, and support customer acquisition across international markets.

Acting as a trusted marketing advisor, you will provide expert guidance on positioning, messaging, go-to-market approaches, and customer engagement across the customer journey, helping stakeholders make informed decisions that support business growth and strategic objectives.

This is a hands-on marketing role that combines strategic thinking, campaign management, stakeholder engagement, content development, project leadership, and digital marketing expertise.

Key area of focus/responsibility

  • Lead campaign content strategy and oversee the creation of thought leadership, case studies, digital content, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage and enhance digital and social media channels to maximise engagement and brand visibility.
  • Improve the online customer experience through innovation and data-driven decision making.
  • Lead key marketing transformation projects, such as CRM and digital optimisation, website development, brand development, and customer experience improvements across the customer journey.
  • Support the development of CRM-driven marketing and automated customer journeys.
  • Work collaboratively across commercial, technical, and leadership teams.
  • Represent CAAi through presentations, webinars, events, and industry forums.
  • Contribute ideas and identify trends, insights, and opportunities to strengthen marketing effectiveness and support business growth.
  • Contribute to the development of the marketing function, with the opportunity to take online management responsibilities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
