The Opportunity

We are seeking a Manager to join the London Investor Relations team, taking ownership of investor communications, fundraising support, and reporting across the platform. This role provides a rare opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain direct exposure to the full investor lifecycle, from fundraising and onboarding through to ongoing relationship management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with existing investors, responding to queries and coordinating reporting requirements.
  • Support fundraising efforts, including preparation of data rooms, due diligence materials, and investor presentations.
  • Prepare high-quality quarterly reports, investor updates, and marketing materials in coordination with the investment team.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and events, ensuring a consistently high standard of investor experience.
  • Contribute to the development of IR processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure as the platform grows.

What We're Looking For

  • 5 or more years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or a related client-facing role within private equity, asset management, or investment banking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to sophisticated investors.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple relationships and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Intellectual curiosity, proactivity, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Degree educated in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
