As a Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering client engagements while leading project teams, developing junior consultants, building trusted client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice across Europe.

We’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in strategy consulting, with exposure to life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotech, medtech, or related sectors
  • An advanced degree (MSc, PhD, MD or equivalent) is advantageous but not essential for candidates with strong consulting experience
  • A collaborative, commercially minded individual who enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues in a hybrid environment
  • Experience delivering strategic engagements such as commercial strategy, due diligence, market entry, growth strategy, pricing & access, or other analytically rigorous, data-driven projects
  • Strong problem-solving, quantitative analysis and stakeholder management skills
