🔹What will you be doing?
A Sisua manager is an experienced professional with significant experience in one or more disciplines / sectors. They are comfortable working directly into senior client stakeholders and have experience of managing the formal side of these relationships. In addition, they demonstrate exemplary behaviours when leading teams to deliver medium/large scale projects and understand the need to support more junior members of the team.
As a senior representative of Sisua working closely with our clients, it is critical that our managers are expert communicators, with the ability to tailor their approach to different audiences. Managers are expected to support with promoting Sisua capabilities to clients and have a drive to build strong and lasting relationships is essential.

Your skills and experience
🔹Leading Engagements
- You will have experience of managing large projects and programmes of work ideally within Consulting and Life Sciences organisations, with an understanding of the challenges and regulatory considerations associated within the sector.
- Plus, have experience of overseeing the development of high-quality deliverables including key account growth.
- You will be accountable for any risk/issues on projects that you are leading on and feel comfortable committing to high quality outputs and engagement in the Sisua quality assurance process.
- Proven experience of building trust with clients to the point that you can act as a strategic advisor for a specific client engagement.
- You champion the coaching culture and have experience of coaching and mentoring peers.
- You have previous relevant consulting experience.
🔹Delivery
- You have advanced project management and analysis skills and can lead engagements with minimal oversight.
- A pro-active approach to identifying and solving problems and works to bring others into the conversation when required.
- Competent using tools such as (MS Excel, Word, PPoint, Teams etc)
🔹Relationship Management
- You can actively identify, qualify and shape opportunities related to your client delivery environment.
- You have an understanding of client operations, objectives, and industry/market.
- You are confident in your networking skills and have the ability and drive to maintain a professional network.
- You can lead or own significant parts of account management activities and/or the delivery of proposals.
- You have the ability to drives others to share knowledge and contributes to experiences back into the Sisua community.
- Proven experience of selling others into existing clients to deliver high quality work.
- Excellent active listening skills and empathy necessary to glean client challenges from conversations and written communications.
