Position Overview
JOB DESCRIPTION
As Marketing and eCommerce Consulting Manager, you will work on projects to empower Hilton hotels across EMEA to optimise their online presence and channel performance. You’ll lead tactical campaigns and optimisation processes that drive meaningful results as a part of a large and dynamic team. In this role you will collaborate closely with media partners, regional stakeholders, and the broader Marketing and Loyalty team in order to support hotels on achieving their commercial performance targets.
Responsibilities
Position Summary:
This is a highly impactful role that encompasses the following areas:
Hotel Support
- Support hotels across EMEA in identifying opportunities to strengthen their online presence, improve campaign performance, and drive revenue during key periods.
- Work closely with media partners, hotel teams, and internal stakeholders to review performance, uncover insights, and recommend practical actions that support commercial goals.
- Spot successful approaches at hotel level and help turn them into repeatable solutions that can benefit the wider EMEA portfolio.
- Explore new ways to improve engagement and conversion across online channels, sharing learnings and best practices with the wider team.
- Collaborate positively as part of a busy, supportive team, building strong relationships and contributing to shared priorities across Marketing and eCommerce.
- Take a hands-on approach to delivery, confidently getting involved in the detail when needed to help move work forward and achieve results.

Qualifications
What are we looking for
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
Required Qualifications
- BA / BSc / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu thereof
- A confident problem-solver who can use sound judgement to make decisions and move work forward.
- Comfortable using insight, data, and commercial understanding to identify opportunities and recommend practical actions.
- Clear and engaging communicator, able to share ideas, updates, and recommendations with confidence.
- Well organised and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online performance, with an interest in using digital media & advertising channels.
- Previous hands-on experience with Google and Meta Ads. Proven ability to manage and optimise campaigns with clear performance outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
