Senior Airline Marketing Manager – AirAsia
AirAsia is seeking a creative, data-driven marketing professional to lead its marketing strategies, ingenious campaigns, and brand growth across key markets.
As the Airline Marketing Manager, you’ll craft dynamic marketing strategies, launch high-impact campaigns, and build brand loyalty through digital storytelling, strategic partnerships, and sponsorships—playing a pivotal role in driving demand and market expansion.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll oversee marketing initiatives, distribution strategies, and market development, ensuring AirAsia stands tall in the travel and e-commerce space.
What You’ll Champion
With a mix of creativity, strategy, and execution, your responsibilities will include:

Campaign Boss
- Brief and collaborate with internal teams and agencies
- Review creative concepts and approve media plans
- Oversee end-to-end campaign production for seamless launches

Performance Tracker
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and report campaign success
- Align all marketing efforts with business objectives and KPIs

Event Planner Extraordinaire
- Organise and execute marketing events, activations, and sponsorships
- Elevate brand engagement and customer experience
