Lloyd’s is the world’s leading insurance and reinsurance marketplace, bringing together the world’s leading risk takers to advance global progress.

Our strategy is focused on delivering strong underwriting performance, operating an efficient and flexible marketplace, and maximising the capital advantage of the Lloyd’s market — while continuing to build a Lloyd’s we are proud of.

How we deliver this, matters. We take the risk, make things happen, and own the outcome — working together across our global network to turn insight into impact.

Lloyd’s is seeking to recruit a Senior Manager, Member Capital Systems & Analytics to lead the data, systems and processes that underpin Funds at Lloyd's requirements for our members. You'll play a pivotal role in capital setting, managing critical datasets, developing innovative reporting and analytics solutions, and ensuring the market has access to accurate, trusted information that supports informed decision-making.

This is an opportunity to combine technical expertise, business insight and stakeholder influence in a role with visibility across Lloyd's, the market and external regulators.

The role

You'll own the end-to-end management of the Member Capital data estate, ensuring the systems, tools and reporting processes that support capital setting remain accurate, robust and fit for the future. Working across Finance, Actuarial, Capital and Planning, and market stakeholders, you'll help shape how capital data is collected, governed, analysed and delivered. You'll also identify opportunities to improve efficiency through modern technologies and automation while maintaining the highest standards of data quality and control.

What You'll Be Doing

Capital data and reporting

  • Lead the collection, validation and maintenance of syndicate capital data and related datasets.
  • Produce high-quality management information and regulatory reporting for internal governance forums and external stakeholders.
  • Own and continuously improve the Lloyd's Capital Return process and associated data collection platforms.
  • Develop reporting, validation and audit tools that strengthen data quality and support effective decision-making.
  • Support quarterly and annual regulatory and rating agency submissions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
