Lead the growth of advanced materials analysis across Southern Europe
Within our Imaging & Analysis division, we help customers unlock the full potential of materials through technologies spanning electron microscopy, AFM, Raman and nano-indentation.
As Manager of Direct Sales for EU South, you’ll shape how these solutions reach the market—leading a team, defining strategy and accelerating growth across multiple countries.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing regional sales team
- Defining and executing go-to-market strategy across EU South
- Driving performance across multiple products, markets and territories
- Building strong relationships with key customers, partners and OEMs
- Using data, forecasting and insight to steer commercial success
- Working cross-functionally to improve customer journey, pipeline and conversion

What you bring
- Vast’ experience in technical or scientific sales
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing sales teams
- Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset
- Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
- Scientific or engineering understanding (preferred)
