Senior Manager, Field Applications Engineering

(EU/APAC – Remote)

About Baya Systems

Baya Systems draws inspiration from the baya bird—like the weaver bird, we build robust, lightweight, and efficient solutions by combining diverse expertise.

As a fast-moving Series B startup founded by serial entrepreneurs, we accelerate intelligent computing in the chiplet era. Our software-driven, unified fabric solutions simplify multi-die and single-die system design via cutting-edge intellectual property (IP). Our partners leverage our tools to innovate faster in markets like AI, automotive, data centers, and Edge IoT.

We’re seeking energetic, passionate engineers who share our vision for revolutionising the semiconductor industry.

Role Overview

Lead and grow a world-class Field Applications Engineering (FAE) team across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. Drive technical adoption, integration, and early-stage design wins for our next-generation fabric interconnect silicon IP.

viewed from a dual perspective: both Pre- and Post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage: Lead a distributed team of senior FAEs in the EU and APAC.
  • Hire and onboard top-tier engineering talent in key regional hubs.
  • Coach: Mentor engineers with technical and professional growth in mind.
  • Align regional strategies with corporate business objectives.
  • Grow collaterals to enhance customer adoption efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
