Operations Manager (Remote)
Full time, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Poland, Netherlands, Switzerland
If you are located in the Warsaw area, you will need to work in-office for 50% of working time monthly. If you are located in the Kraków and Rzeszów areas, you will need to work in-office at least 1 day per week.
In this role, you are responsible for the overall management and performance of the travel operations including operational performance, client servicing and retention, employee management, and budgetary and cost management for a team of Travel Consultants.
As an Operations Manager, you will
- Review operations performance reports and provide direction to improve the performance of the operations against goals
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Account Manager and the operational staff
- Assist team efforts to move market share to BCD Travel preferred suppliers
- Provide team feedback, coaching and development through regular meetings, annual performance reviews and coaching
- Oversee and assist the team members in balancing priorities and managing their workload
- Hire new employees
About You
- Extensive experience in the corporate travel management industry
- Sabre GDS skills required
- Prior budget and cost management experience
- Impeccable customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

At BCD Travel, we value you—our culture and success are defined by our people. We carefully consider a wide range of objective, gender-neutral compensation factors, including professional background, skills, experience, and role scope.
This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:
- Poland: 132,000-156,000 zł
- Netherlands: 55,000-70,000 EUR
- Czech Republic: 8500,00-9100,00 CZK
The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
