Aureva Group - Operations & Administration Manager
Aureva Group is looking for a senior, highly organised Operations & Administration Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of our London property and serviced accommodation business.
This is not a standard property manager role. You will be a key person in the office, helping coordinate properties, admin, staff, contractors, tenants, guests, landlords and agents.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing residential, co-living and serviced accommodation properties
- Dealing with tenants, guests, landlords, agents, contractors & local councils
- Coordinating maintenance, inspections, check-ins and check-outs
- Handling emails, calls, records, notices, contracts and basic reports
- Keeping property files, certificates and compliance records organised
- Supporting rent schedules, office admin and internal procedures
- Coordinating admin, cleaning and maintenance staff
- Following tasks through properly and solving problems, not just passing them on

What We Are Looking For
- Has property management experience — essential
- Is organized, practical and confident
- Can manage a busy workload without constant supervision
- Communicates well in written and spoken English
- Is calm under pressure and good with people
- Can use Microsoft Office or spreadsheets
- Is happy to learn property management and booking systems
Experience with HMOs, company lets, Airbnb, Booking.com, property compliance or tenancy admin would be a strong advantage.

Fluent English is essential. Another European language would be beneficial.
