• Job Title: Manager – Public Sector Transformation • Salary Range: £75,000 - £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits • Location: UK Wide | Client Site Travel Required
Our client is a leading transformation consultancy supporting public sector organisations to deliver meaningful, measurable change. Working across Local Government, Central Government and Healthcare, they help clients tackle complex operational challenges, improve services for citizens and patients, and maximise value from public investment. Due to continued growth within their Public Sector practice, they are seeking an experienced Manager to help shape and deliver large-scale transformation programmes across some of the UK's most important public services.
The Manager will lead high-impact workstreams that improve operational performance, service delivery and organisational effectiveness. You will work directly with senior stakeholders across councils, government departments, NHS organisations and integrated care systems, delivering sustainable change that creates lasting benefits for communities and service users.
Role Highlights – Lead transformation workstreams across Local Government, Central Government and Healthcare clients – Manage and develop consulting teams delivering measurable service improvements – Design and implement operational change programmes aligned to strategic objectives – Build trusted relationships with senior public sector stakeholders and decision-makers – Drive performance improvement through robust governance, KPIs and continuous improvement frameworks

You Will Need – Experience delivering transformation, operational improvement or service redesign programmes within the public sector – Strong understanding of Local Government, Central Government and/or NHS operating environments – Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across complex organisations – Experience leading teams and delivering outcomes within challenging environments – Strong analytical, problem-solving and programme delivery capabilities
