Role purpose
This role exists to help clients unlock the full value of modern Paid Search by combining human insight with machine-driven optimisation. You will translate data, performance signals and business context into actionable growth strategies, ensuring clients understand how PPC drives impact today. Ultimately, you play a key role in delivering consistently exceptional performance and strengthening long-term client relationships.
What you will do
- Explain how Paid Search performance and business data work together to deliver commercial results for clients
- Use data analysis to uncover trends, diagnose issues and drive measurable performance improvements
- Day-to-day optimisation of Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and related platforms
- Build, analyse and interpret large datasets to extract insight and opportunities
- Produce clear, compelling performance reports for clients
- Conduct full-funnel account audits to identify growth and efficiency opportunities
- Develop testing roadmaps and optimise toward client goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to align PPC strategy with broader digital activity
- Support the rollout of automation, scripts and data-driven workflows
- Participate in new business pitches and create supporting materials
- Maintain a strong understanding of platform changes, industry trends and best practices
- Provide proactive client communication, sharing insights and recommendations regularly
- Document processes and contribute to improving ways of working
- Mentor junior team members where appropriate

Requirements
- Deep understanding of Google Ads and strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insight
- Strong communication skills and confidence explaining performance to clients
- High ambition, curiosity and a desire to go above and beyond
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously

Locations
- Leeds: £34,000 - £40,000
- Manchester: £37,000 - £42,000
- London: £40,000 - £45,000
This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days in the office per week.
