Our deep curiosity to learn and our eagerness to share diverse passions with others gives us balance and injects a one-of-a-kind vibrancy into our culture.
If you are driven to solve exhilarating challenges and have a bias toward action in the face of change, you will be empowered to make a real impact here, with a sharp and passionate team at your back. If Braze sounds like a place where you can thrive, we can’t wait to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Braze is moving decisively toward a partner-first model, and this role sits at the heart of that transformation. As Manager, Partner Enablement, you will be the connective tissue between the Partnerships team and the broader GTM organization – ensuring that our sellers, customer success teams, and go-to-market leaders have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to engage with partners effectively and drive business results. You will own the end-to-end partner enablement strategy for the field: from onboarding new resellers into the Braze ecosystem, to equipping the GTM org with the playbooks, programs, and fluency needed to work in a partner-first world.
Reseller (Channel) Enablement
- Own the end-to-end reseller onboarding experience by adapting and scaling existing onboarding programs for a reseller audience, enabling new channel partners to quickly ramp on Braze’s platform, value proposition, go-to-market motion, and rules of engagement.
- Ensure resellers are embedded into ongoing enablement programs, including product updates, sales methodology training, and campaign launches, so they can represent Braze effectively in market.
- Build and maintain the Reseller Enablement Playbook, providing clear guidance on how partners sell, position, co-sell and service Braze in their markets.
- Partner with the Channel team to support reseller activation across existing and new markets, including Eastern Europe, Spain, LATAM, and APAC, with enablement assets and programs tailored to regional needs.
- Develop and track enablement metrics – adoption, certification completion, partner-sourced pipeline contribution – to continuously improve program effectiveness.
Partner-First GTM Strategy & Field Enablement
- Serve as the single point of accountability for partner enablement across all non-delivery partner types, connecting the dots across initiatives to deliver a cohesive, partner-first enablement strategy for the field.
- Work closely with GTM Enablement, Sales, and Partnerships leadership to design and embed role-specific partner rules of engagement into daily field operations – ensuring AEs, CSMs, and Solution Consultants know how and when to engage with partners at every stage of the deal cycle.
- Build enablement programs that help the GTM org understand how to co-sell alongside Technology partners (e.g. Shopify, Databricks, Snowflake) and leverage Marketplace channels (AWS, GCP) to source and accelerate opportunities.
- Establish a consistent operating rhythm with Partnerships and GTM leaders to surface enablement needs, track adoption, and report on program impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Program Design & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Audit and synthesize the full landscape of partner enablement initiatives across Channel, Technology, and Marketplace pillars, identifying gaps and prioritizing efforts to maximize field impact.
- Collaborate with GTM Enablement to ensure partner content is integrated into core enablement programs (onboarding, SKOs, ongoing learning), rather than operating in isolation.
- Build and curate enablement content – training modules, battlecards, partner engagement guides, and e-learning – in partnership with Enablement, Product Marketing and the Partnerships team.
- Maintain and improve partner enablement assets in Seismic, ensuring the field always has current, easy-to-find resources.
- Partner with Braze’s Learning Team to make relevant GTM enablement content available to the Delivery Partner ecosystem.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of combined experience in Partner Enablement, Sales Enablement, Channel Management, or GTM roles, with at least 3 years specifically focused on partner or channel ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of how channel and technology partner ecosystems operate, including co-sell motions, reseller economics, partner onboarding, and rules of engagement between direct and indirect sales.
- Proven track record of building partner-facing and field-facing enablement programs from the ground up – including playbooks, certification programs, and onboarding curricula.
- Strong systems thinker who can connect the dots across multiple workstreams and translate complexity into clear, actionable strategies and communications.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Experience driving organizational change and adoption – you know how to get field teams to actually change their behavior, not just consume content.
- Data-driven approach to measuring enablement effectiveness – comfortable defining KPIs, pulling adoption metrics, and using data to iterate on programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to distill complex partner program information into crisp, compelling messages for a variety of audiences.
- Experience with LMS and CMS platforms (Seismic experience strongly preferred).
